Māori Language Week | Colouring In Activity
To keep the kids busy over the weekend I put together a colouring in sheet featuring my NZ native birds and their names in Te Reo. There's space at the end to draw your own bird and add its name.

Firstly, thanks so much for all of the amazing entries, it has kept us very entertained for the last few days. So impressed with the high standard. This was really hard to judge and took us about one and a half hours to decide.
Winner:
Eloise Stuart, age 9
Eloise's picture of Dad playing the guitar showed some great techique and shading, loved the position of his hands playing the guitar and the beer by his side. Eloise has won an A3 print for her Dad.
As there are probably plenty of kids with a bit of spare time on their hands at the moment, I thought I'd get them busy with the opportunity to win a print for Dad this Father's Day.
*This competition is for 13 years olds and under who live in NZ
